- The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your receipt and accompanied by the receipt.
- After 60 days, we will gladly make an exchange or issue an on-line credit for the original purchase price if accompanied by the receipt.
Both full price & sale items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, to be accepted as a return.
Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
